As my first venture into recording, producing, mixing, mastering, etc., I recorded an album of all blues covers as a gift for my father to celebrate his retirement, since he introduced me to blues and rock guitar music at a young age and helped shape the musician I've become. I ended up happy enough with the finished product that I got licensing and released the album to the public in 2022.

My first true solo album of original music. I wrote this album in 2016-2017 but didn't get around to properly recording the album until years later. I had tried unsuccessfully to get these songs out there with different bands until finally deciding to do things on my own. My plan was to record the whole album myself, but then an old friend, Jamey Schiesswohl, came on board with drumming that perfectly fit the music. Soon enough, we were recording the album and playing shows, which led to the beginning of The Evan Furillo Project.
